The National Training Center event staff will produce the Florida’s Great Escape Triathlon. 

The NTC is owned by South Lake Hospital and is on a 170-acre sports, health, fitness and education campus which not only unique throughout the state of Florida, but also throughout the world. 

The NTC unites world-class sports and athletic facilities with a hospital, medical office buildings, community college and four-year university.

Along with the Florida’s Great Escape Triathlon, the NTC Events Department produces the Florida Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K race in December, a sprint triathlon series, a 5K running series and a track and field meet series. 

The NTC includes a fitness center, 70 meter x 25 yard aquatic center, 400-meter track and field complex, cross country course, multipurpose fields, human performance lab with a full line of sports science testing, sports performance, private Pilates studio and soon will include a softball/baseball complex. 

Located in central Florida, the NTC is the perfect destination for teams or individuals to travel for warm weather training.
