The Bike Course will be two laps, exit Transition and follow State Park Road till the T Junction, turn Right to the Campground, U-Turn and proceed to the Guard House, U-Turn and return to the Transition area, repeat then enter Transition after completion of second lap.

The entire course is located within Lake Louisa State Park.  If you would like to ride the course prior to the event, you may do so.  There is a $4 fee to enter park for 2-8 people or $3 for one person.  

On Saturday, March 8th, if you would like to ride the course you can do so for no cost after 2 p.m.

Exit Transition and run West along the Beach, turn Left and cross the raised Boardwalk, proceed on Park Access Road and turn Left on Lake Nellie Road, re-enter Park and proceed on Jeep trail to Store Park Road, turn left and proceed to Finish.

Please note that the driving speed limit in the park is 25 mph.

We also ask that you be sure to pick up after yourself and any leashed pets so that we can continue to hold the Florida’s Great Escape in this beautiful park!

The Swim will be a Triangular Course sawm in a counter clockwise direction.
